Our Team

Leo is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and founder of Maheras Wealth Management, Inc. He has also earned the Certified Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) credentials. After more than 20 years of experience at some of the nation’s leading financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and LPL Financial, Leo’s passion for superior client service and his desire to provide independent financial advice, led him to form Maheras Wealth Management, Inc.

Leo’s team helps successful, active, multicultural, technology/biotechnology executives, and people in life’s transition (within five to 10 years before retirement) to prepare for all aspects of a successful retirement to live a full life.

We believe in developing long term trusting partnerships to help solve the financial puzzle of how one reaches their financial goals with high confidence.

Over the course of his career, Leo has received numerous honors. He holds a master’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis and is a member at Church of the Holy Cross. He is also a member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) and a AYSO soccer referee. Leo resides in Belmont, CA with his wife and two daughters. Leo enjoys playing soccer, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Kristin started her journey in the financial services arena in 2000.  Working with independent financial advisors for 5 of those years, Kristin brings a wealth of hands-on administrative know-how to our office. With her passion for and knowledge of day-to-day administrative tasks, Kristin strives to assist you in achieving your individual goals.

Kristin lives in Southern California with her partner Anthony and their two children. In her down time, she enjoys hiking, reading a good book and movie nights with her family.
